Can this cowl be made on another loom?

    1. Any other loom that is the same gauge and has the needed number of pegs.

I have a question about the pattern instructions for the Celestial Cowl…..my question has to do with Row 187: sk1, p2, p2tog, wyif, p3, p2tog, wyif, p3, p2tog, wyif, p3, hs. I’m not exactly sure how to complete this part.
When I P2Tog and I moving the loop on peg 4 over to peg 5 or am I moving the loop on peg 5 over to peg 4?
Another concern I have is with the WYIF: am I laying the yarn in front of or behind the empty peg and then purling 3?

Please clarify these steps for me, thank you

  3. A loom knitter

The pattern could be easily converted to other gauges. Swatching would be needed.

What is the preferred method of increase?

  5. Willanda Wesley

The Dec1=decrease one stitch I know this is to begin the decreases. Would I just move the loop from the last peg to the next peg and leave it? and knit or purl it on the next round? Or should count is as part of the knit of that row?
