YARN: Approx 70 yds of Super Bulky weight acrylic yarn. Red Heart Evermore in Marsh was used in sample. 89yds (81m); 100g (3.5 oz).
NOTIONS: knitting tool, tapestry needle
GAUGE: 5.5 sts x 8 rows=2”
SIZE: Hat fits up to 20” circumference head

Cast on 48 sts (orange loom), prepare to work in the round.
Rnd 1-8: *k2, p2; rep from * to end.
Rnd 9: *k3, p1; rep from * to end of rnd.
Rnd 10: k2, p1, *k3, p1; rep from * to last st, k1.
Rnd 11: k1, p1, *k3, p1; rep from * to last 2 sts, k2.
Rnd 12: *p1, k3; rep from * to end of rnd.
Rep Rnds 9-12: until item measures approx 6.5 inches from cast on edge.
Remove all stitches to a piece of scrap yarn.
Place all stitches on the 24 peg knitting loom (the smallest one)—2 stitches per peg.
Knit to end of rnd.
Bind off with basic removal method.
Weave all ends in.
