  1. I have tried 5 times to do this pattern and every single time my stitches are too tight. I have made the ultra loose but they still seem to be too tight. Any suggestions?

    1. What yarn are you using? The yarn that was used in this pattern is a natural yarn so it has inherent elasticity. The sample knitted also knitted the stitches loosely. What knit stitch are you using? If you are using the flat stitch or u-stitch, try the true knit stitch instead.

I would love to make this blanket for my great-grandson for his baptism.I am new to loom knitting but am a fast learner. Can I knit this on the Afghan loom?

    1. Absolutely! The gauge may vary slightly, but you should be able to knit it on that loom.

  3. Iris Jusino

I would like to make this blanket what yarn can I substitute it with?

    1. Any other that has a nice drape to it, typically one with a natural fiber.

  4. Isela, This is a ? about the Autumn Slouch hat. The last instructions say repeat rows 13 and 14 which is 10 and 11 If I understand correctly, I now have 3 YO and the next round is
K2tog. It seems like to get the 2 extra elongated stitches off the loom I am missing a knit or purl row ?

    Thanks for your help Betty
