INSTRUCTIONS
Cast on 80 sts, join to work in the rnd.
Rnds 1-12: *k2, p2; rep from * to end of rnd.
Next rnd: k to end of rnd.
Next rnd: *k2, p2; rep from * to end rnd.
Rep last 2 rnds until hat measures approximately 9.5 inches from cast on edge.
Next rnd: Move the loop from every odd peg number and place it on its neighbor to the left (from peg 1 to peg 2, from peg 3 to peg 4, etc.,). *K1, p1; rep from * to end of rnd.
Bind off using the gather/cinch bind off method.
Weave in all ends. Steam block or wet block.

LOOM: ‘Premium’ Round Loom Set, 80 Pegs.
YARN: Approx 120 yds of worsted weight wool. Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Worsted in Icicle Heather was used in sample.
NOTIONS: Tapestry needle, row counter, stitch marker (1).
GAUGE: 7 sts x 10 rows = 2 inches
SIZE: Fits head circumference up to 20 inches.
